A Path Through the Archive

The Awakened Paths reflections

A year of awakening, walked one reflection at a time.

Browse the reflections

Awakened Paths began as a book: a full year of daily reflections, written in English and Spanish, on self love, resilience, simplicity, and surrender. The weekly reflections gathered here continue that work at a gentler pace. Each one takes a single teaching from the book and holds it to the light, asking what it looks like when it is lived rather than read.

These are not essays to consume. They are companions to walk with. A reflection of eight minutes can accompany a week of ordinary mornings, and the practice it carries, a question, a small act of release, a moment of stillness, is where the teaching becomes experience.

The themes return because the soul returns to them. Letting go is not learned once; it is learned each season, in new rooms of the same house. Divine timing is trusted, then doubted, then trusted more deeply. The reflections below are grouped by these movements, so you can enter wherever your week finds you.

If you are new, begin anywhere. Choose the theme that names what you are carrying, read one reflection, and stay with it for a few days before reaching for the next. This path is not a feed. Nothing here expires, and nothing rewards hurry.

Walk it, one day at a time

One reflection today. A year of them to return to.

Awakened Paths gathers a full year of these intentional reflections, in English and Spanish, as a companion you come back to rather than a book you finish.
